While trauma-informed coaching often has significant, non-clinical, therapeutic outcomes, it is not therapy. This is not a place to seek or receive treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, medical advice, or crisis intervention for mental health emergencies.

The purpose of the discovery call is to discuss your goals and to see if we're a good fit, so you can get the most out of your sessions!
