I spent 2 years studying Massage Therapy, techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and Swedish. Massage Therapy sessions are tailored to your needs, that will be discussed during consultations. I am experienced in back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, whiplash injuries, headaches, and much more. I have worked on touring Musicians and Acts, including the Moscow Nutcracker Ballet cast and band member from Never Shout Never. My work is inclusive of everyone, all ages and walks of life. I am immensely passionate in the well-being of others, with every intention to help.
I use Swastha Yoga in my sessions. It is a very intentional and integrative type of yoga. Swastha is an Ayurvedic term meaning to be firmly rooted and established in oneself, in a state of optimal health on all levels; to be fully aligned, firmly established in oneself, and in a complete balanced state of optimal health. Ayurveda is a 5000-year-old holistic health system of India, focusing on the root cause and prevention of dis-ease. Swastha Yoga fluidly combines the 3 doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). 20 minutes Kriyas (3 breathing techniques) and guided meditation may also be added to your experience.
